Purpose
TRP seeks an innovative and strategic Brand Director to lead the development, execution, and management of our brand initiatives. This leadership role will drive the evolution of the TRP brand, ensuring consistency, creativity, and impact across all consumer touchpoints. You will oversee the national strategy for brand positioning, brand development, packaging innovation, product enhancements, and communications. This role requires partnership with cross-functional teams across retail, compliance, operations, finance, and more to drive critical initiatives and achieve impactful results.
Core Responsibilities

- Define and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with company objectives and market opportunities.
- Monitor industry trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to inform brand positioning and innovation.
- Ensure the consistent application of the TRP brand identity across all marketing, product, and retail channels.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring alignment with global standards and local market nuances.
- Lead the creation and implementation of high-impact marketing campaigns, ensuring cohesive messaging across digital, print, in-store, and experiential platforms.
- Manage the creative team to develop compelling content and storytelling initiatives that resonate with target audiences.
- Work closely with Product, Retail Operations, and other teams to align brand initiatives with business goals.
- Collaborate with external brands, agencies, designers, and vendors to execute creative projects.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact of branding efforts.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and strategies.
- Inspire internal teams with a clear vision and enthusiasm for the TRP brand.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role, with leadership experience.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies and campaigns.
- Ability to manage complexity and thrive in environments with minimal process and structure.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Experience in retail, lifestyle, Cannabis or CPG industries is a strong plus.
- Acts with a clear sense of ownership and accountability.
- Passion for Cannabis and a deep understanding of its values and culture.

Work Environment:
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers. This position regularly requires long hours and frequent weekend work.
Physical Demands:
