Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Food Service Sales Manager at Cookies Food Products, Inc. The Food Service Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer accounts, conducting business planning, managing food broker relations, and ensuring excellent customer service. Some remote work is acceptable for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the sales activities
- Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals
- Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
- Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
- Report on broker and individual performance
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
- Build and form new partnerships with potential clients
Qualifications
- Food service and sales management skills
- Experience with food brokers, account management, national accounts and customer service
- Knowledge of the food industry and market trends
- Strong sales and customer relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
