Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with product selection and answer questions about our products.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Ring up purchases and handle customer payments.
• Keep the store organized and tidy, including restocking shelves and cleaning the store.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and be able to recommend them to customers.
• Support inventory management and restocking processes.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
• Utilize technology sales skills to assist customers with their purchases.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and management.

Skills:

• Experience with retail sales and customer service.
• Strong knowledge of cannabis products and their uses.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Experience with retail math and handling cash transactions.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently.
• Skill in upselling and cross-selling products.
• Knowledge of technology sales and electronics sales.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
