About the Role:
As our Client Happiness Coordinator/Client Liaison, you will be the heart of our client care program. Your mission is to ensure our clients feel supported and valued throughout their estate planning journey. You will work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and the intake team to ensure no client "falls through the cracks" and that every step of the process is completed seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage our Client Care Program to enhance client satisfaction.
- Collect and process payments from clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Monitor the client pipeline and proactively ensure clients are contacted and moved through the planning process efficiently.
- Follow up on attorney consultations by collecting payments and sending engagement agreements for signing.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the legal team to ensure smooth communication and follow-through.
- Track client progress in LawMatics, ensuring accurate notes and timely follow-ups.
- Schedule follow-up calls and email clients to ensure they have received necessary documents.
- Maintain a detailed tickler system to stay current on the status of multiple clients simultaneously.
