We are looking for a few new additions to our staff in the janitorial field. The cleaners take care of our client's buildings and carry out all cleaning duties. We appreciate our customers and show that by doing an exceptional job. We have a couple of evening positions 3 to 5 days a week in Kingsport. We also have some day and evening opportunities.
We are an established company with over 25 years cleaning businesses in the East Tennessee area and are looking for individuals that are interested in part time work. We are looking for enthusiastic hard-working individuals.
** PLEASE NOTE** EVERY INDIVIDUAL CONSIDERED MUST INTERVIEW IN PERSON IN OUR OFFICES IN JOHNSON CITY**
Responsibilities
- Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
- Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
- Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Stock and maintain supply rooms
- Cooperate with the rest of the staff
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Skills
- Proven working experience
- Ability to handle equipment and machinery as needed
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
- Integrity and ability to work independently
- High school degree
Requirements
- Clean background verification a must
- Valid driver's license
- Must take part in interview and onboarding process
- Must have dependable transportation
- Must be willing to participate in paid training programs
- Great attitude and willingness to learn is always required
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
