The role of the Resident Assistant is to live on site and facilitate a positive culture within a college age group living setting.
The Resident Assistant will play a crucial role in fostering a sense of community within the home, encouraging interaction and positive relationships among residents. The Resident Assistant will serve as a resource and provide guidance on house rules and serve as a Liaison to Program Staff.

As a Resident Assistant (RA), you will be essential in providing compassionate community and support to residents in a group living setting. Reporting to the Program Staff, your core responsibilities will include assisting with rules and guidelines, ensuring resident safety, and promoting their dignity and rights.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with after hours emergencies
- Monitor and document residents compliance with house rules, reporting any changes to the program staff.
- Ensure a safe and clean living environment
The Resident Assistant is required to live on site and be onsite between the hours of 6pm - 8am and will receive a stipend as well as housing, utilities and internet included.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $19.74 - $20.47 per hour
