Cookson Hills is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Development to lead and manage their comprehensive fundraising program. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the Director of Development will be responsible for proactive planning and successful execution of strategies to secure financial support, establishing a major gift program ensuring the organization's sustainability and growth. Key responsibilities include establishing a major gift program, overseeing donor cultivation, grant writing, event planning, and collaborating with the leadership team to align fundraising efforts with Cookson Hills' mission and goals. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and organizational skills, a proven track record in fundraising, and a passion for making a transformative impact on children's lives.
