The Growth Marketing Team leads the company's efforts to acquire new eaters across a variety of channels. This is more than the ambition of expanding audiences, increasing traffic and conversion rate whilst keeping CAC low. About the RoleAs a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Social, you'll own and scale our paid social strategy across Meta, TikTok, Snap, Reddit, X, and emerging platforms. You'll leverage data, creative, and audience insights to drive high-ROI acquisition while maintaining CAC efficiency. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-growth, DTC environments and is excited to build a best-in-class paid social program at the intersection of performance marketing, creative, and product.
The Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Social within CookUnity's in-house growth team will be responsible for the overall paid social media strategy to achieve performance objectives. Bringing expert knowledge of the social landscape and applying insights based on data and consumer behavior, our candidate will scale our paid social channel while also keeping the executive leadership informed on emerging trends and technologies. The leader will bring a product oriented mindset along with a strong media background to drive the product roadmap with our key partners and internal stakeholders across Brand, Technology, Data and Product. The role will be responsible for the development of forward-thinking, holistic paid social media strategies across the company.
Reporting to the Associate Director of Growth Marketing, the Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Social will oversee campaigns across paid social channels, leverage data and testing to optimize performance, and work cross-functionally with the creative, data and tech teams to support channel growth. The leader will collaborate closely with the CRM, Performance Creative, Branding, as well as cross-functional teamwork with Product, Tech, and Design teams.
1. Own and Execute Paid Social Growth Strategy- Develop, implement, and optimize a full-funnel paid social strategy across Meta, TikTok, Snap, Reddit, X, and emerging channels.
- Manage and scale multi-million dollar budgets while improving customer acquisition costs (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and lifetime value (LTV).
- Drive incremental customer acquisition while maintaining efficiency, ensuring campaigns are scalable and profitable.
- Continuously analyze performance metrics and translate insights into actionable optimizations.
- Implement media mix modeling and incrementality testing to understand channel impact.
- Work closely with the Performance Creative team to develop and test high-converting ad creatives across static, video, and UGC formats.
- Conduct audience segmentation and targeting experiments to scale high-LTV cohorts.
- Define a structured A/B testing roadmap for campaign creative, audience strategies, bidding strategies, ad formats, and other key performance drivers.
- Partner with Growth Product and CRO teams to develop and test landing pages that improve conversion rates.
- Explore new automation, AI, and machine learning tools for real-time optimization.
- Work with Brand, Product, Tech, and Data Science teams to align paid social strategies with the overall growth vision.
- Collaborate with Performance Creative to drive data-driven storytelling that resonates with CookUnity's target customers.
- Partner with the CRM team to ensure new customers transition seamlessly into the lifecycle journey for retention.
- Monitor platform updates, policy changes, and new advertising features across Meta, TikTok, Snap, and others.
- Bring innovation into CookUnity's paid social approach, identifying emerging trends, betas, and AI-driven tools that can drive efficiencies.
- Report key findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, ensuring CookUnity remains ahead of competitors.
- 6 years of experience in Growth Marketing, with an emphasis on paid social within high-growth DTC companies.
- A Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record and/or proven relevant experience in a performance marketing or highly commercial role.
- Excellent leadership skills that help attract and develop outstanding marketing talent, challenge people to excel and elicit their sustained high performance - a great team player and fun to work with.
- Collaborative attitude and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with data analytics and visualization platforms such as Tableau, Google Analytics, Looker, and/or Mixpanel.
- A creative-minded person with a strong interest in developing a cohesive brand presence across marketing touchpoints.
- Outstanding degree of understanding in a marketing or tech-related subject (e.g. adtech, data science, engineering, economics, marketing, business).
- Generate solutions from deconstructing problems derived from qualitative (e.g., branding, design, campaign creatives) and quantitative (e.g., performance, attribution, LTV) marketing challenges.
- Experience in managing large marketing budgets at high growth companies and/or performance marketing agencies.

Compensation- All final pay rates will be determined by the candidate's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
- Pay Range for this position: $125,000 - $165,000 per year.
