About the Role : The Warehouse / Delivery Driver holds a critical role in supply chains, responsible for the accurate transport of goods. Their duties include loading / unloading, maintaining vehicle safety, and adhering to traffic regulations. Beyond logistics, they serve as the frontline representatives, requiring strong communication and customer service skills. The position demands a blend of technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver material and inventory accurately and efficiently avoiding unnecessary deliveries
- Make sure daily that all trucks are gassed, clean and restocked before the end of the scheduled shift
- Manage vehicle maintenance to maintain safe driving
- Clean all trucks weekly
- Keep warehouse, garage and parking lot clean and organized
- Follow all procedures and administrative duties by deadline as assigned by Dispatch, Operations Manager or Warehouse / Fleet Manager
- Other duties as assigned
