Job Summary:
Frontline Protective Services is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR Admin/Payroll Specialist to manage payroll Auditing and support HR functions. This role ensures timely and accurate payroll administration while assisting with HR tasks such as employee records management, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Maintain employee records, including new hire documentation, terminations, and changes in employment status.
- Handle payroll taxes, deductions, and benefits administration.
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening candidates, and onboarding new hires.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Address employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
- Coordinate with department heads to resolve HR and payroll-related issues.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and payroll information.
- Assist in performance management processes and employee relations initiatives.
- Support HR initiatives,employee engagement, and compliance reporting.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 years in payroll processing and HR administration, preferably in a security or service-related industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in payroll systems (Paychex, Celayix).
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of employment laws, payroll regulations, and benefits administration.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in security, law enforcement, or protective services industry is a plus.
