Job Overview
The Sports League Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the operations and administration of golf leagues. This position requires a blend of organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for golf. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing leagues, executing the check-in of the leagues and correct scoring of the golf leagues.
Duties
- Manage the weekly league events and be the lead in the check-in process.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for teams.
- Maintain accurate records of team registrations, player rosters, and weekly scoring.
- Utilize computer software to manage data entry and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with league rules and regulations while promoting a positive sportsmanship culture.
- Work daily shifts in the golf shop ensuring excellent customer service.
- Work with the Director of Golf and the General Manager to ensure a smooth operation.
Experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
