Seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Director to lead our digital marketing initiatives and enhance our online presence. This role will oversee web page design, marketing strategy, social media advertising, and content creation, while collaborating closely with our developers to drive growth and improve user experience , sales , traffic and over all customer experience on our web site.
Key Responsibilities- Web Page Design:
- Oversee the creation and optimization of visually appealing and user-friendly web pages that align with brand identity and marketing goals.
- Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Yearly Marketing Calendar:
- Plan and execute a detailed annual marketing calendar, including campaigns, promotions, and key initiatives.
- Facebook/Meta Ads Management:
- Design, launch, and manage targeted Facebook and Meta advertising campaigns to maximize reach and ROI.
- High-End Graphic Design:
- Create or oversee the creation of designer-level graphics and visuals for social media, web pages, and marketing materials.
- Collaboration with Development Team:
- Work closely with the development team to brainstorm and implement new strategies for improving the website and overall user experience.
- Holiday Marketing Calendar:
- Plan and coordinate holiday-specific marketing campaigns to capitalize on seasonal opportunities.
- Sales Content Creation:
- Develop persuasive and engaging sales content for web pages, emails, and social media to drive conversions.
- Email Marketing (Klaviyo):
- Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, including list segmentation, automation flows, and performance analysis.
Customer Engagement & Reviews (Yotpo):
- Manage and optimize Yotpo to enhance customer engagement, collect reviews, and leverage user-generated content to build brand trust and drive sales..
