WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN AN INSTALLATION COORDINATOR - HVAC
- 2 years of experience in customer service
- Knowledge or experience in the HVAC field
- Computer skills
- Valid GA driver's license
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics
- Ability and knowledge of Service Titanis a plus
DAY-TO-DAY
As our Installation Coordinator - HVAC, you will work closely with the install manager, efficiently managing installation emails and customer communications with a personal touch. You will create and enter all jobs into ServiceTitan, navigate warranties through the manufacturer portal, and register equipment to ensure smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include preparing purchase orders, ordering materials, and crafting installation invoices. Closing jobs and collecting payments will be rewarding, knowing that you have satisfied customers as you meticulously scan and attach proposals. Additionally, you will create annual memberships for new installations, manage job costs and installers' pay, and schedule quality control visits, all while engaging in daily huddles with the install manager. Monthly all-hands meetings will provide a platform to celebrate successes, making each day in HVAC installations fulfilling and impactful.
