THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS AN HVAC INSTALLATION COORDINATOR
Join Cool Masters Services Inc. as an HVAC Installation Coordinator, where you'll enjoy a rewarding schedule from 7 : 30 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Friday, with the occasional Saturday.
Your day as an HVAC Installation Coordinator is a blend of collaboration and efficiency. Working side by side with the install manager, you tackle install email and customer communications, ensuring every query is addressed. You create and enter jobs in Service Titan, managing warranties and registering equipment through the manufacturer portal. Efficiently, you generate POs for materials and craft installation invoices, closing jobs while collecting payments with precision. You scan and attach proposals, sell annual memberships with installs, and oversee job costs and installers' pay. Scheduling quality control visits with customers reinforces your commitment to satisfaction, while daily huddles with the install manager and the monthly all-hands meeting keep the team aligned and motivated, all focused on achieving excellence.
OUR IDEAL HVAC INSTALLATION COORDINATOR
We're looking for an HVAC Installation Coordinator that can meet the following qualifications :
- 2 years of experience in customer service
- Knowledge or experience in the HVAC field
- Computer skills
- Valid GA driver's license
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics
- Ability and knowledge of Service Titan is a plus
- Must reside within 15 miles of the office, or be able to commute to this location.
