Cool Masters Services Inc. is seeking an exceptional full-time HVAC Service and Installation Coordinator to join our team in Lawrenceville, GA. In this dynamic role, you'll be the backbone of our installation operations, managing everything from customer communications and job creation to scheduling quality control visits and tracking job costs. With a schedule of 7 : 30 AM to 4 : 00 PM, Monday to Friday (and occasional Saturdays), you'll enjoy a structured workweek while playing a pivotal role in our team's success!
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years of experience in customer service
- Experience with HVAC platforms
- Computer skills
- Valid GA driver's license
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics
- Ability and knowledge of Service Titanis a plus

Between creating purchase orders and scheduling quality control visits, you handle equipment registration and warranty claims with ease, navigating manufacturer portals like a pro. You track job costs, process payments, and calculate installers' pay, ensuring accuracy down to the last detail. As you finalize invoices and establish annual memberships, your knack for staying organized shines through.
