Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Skid Steer and Excavator Operator for swimming pool construction with at least 3 years of experience in residential excavation, specifically fine grading and drainage work . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of elevations and proper drainage techniques to ensure high-quality results. We are looking for a detail-oriented team player who takes pride in their work and can meet project deadlines while adhering to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities 
- Operate skid steers and excavators for residential excavation projects, with a focus on **fine grading, elevation management, and drainage systems**.  
- Ensure proper maintenance and care of excavation equipment.  
- Read and interpret site plans, ensuring correct elevations and drainage solutions are implemented.  
- Collaborate with the team to meet project goals and deadlines efficiently.  
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members to ensure a smooth workflow.  
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.  
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations on-site.

Skills & Qualifications  
- Minimum 3 years of experience operating skid steers and excavators, specifically for **residential swimming pool construction**.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.  
- Valid North Carolina driver’s license.  
- Commitment to safety protocols and regulations.

Compensation
Pay will be based on experience, ranging from **$20 to $30 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. Weekly pay, with bonuses awarded based on merit and performance.
