What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Worker/Laborer (Pool) position at Cool Pools?
We are ideally seeking individuals with experience and basic knowledge in pool construction work. The ability to do physical work outside is a must. We will train you, but the more work/life experience you have relevant to this, the better.
We are a small, but well established custom pool company. We like to keep your daily focus consistent in your area of expertise, but we cross-train and rely on the flexibility of our employees to assist where needed.
The following are key parts we expect all employees to adhere to regardless of which department they work within:
When speaking with clients/homeowners use a polite manner.
Clean up job sites even as needed without being directed to do so.
Basic common sense and understanding of tools.
Maintain a professional work environment.
Communicate in a timely manner with owner, office manager and other coworkers. This often includes sharing site photos and job progress updates.
You must be responsible enough to have a working cellphone capable of taking work related progress photos.
You must be available to show up to work consistently.
We prefer those who have a reliable vehicle that can be used to go the job sites when needed, or at minimum have reliable transportation to and from the shop.
We are understanding of a past, but need reliable trustworthy employees. A basic background check will be performed.
Our company is based on referrals and not advertisement, so we aim to take pride in all work that is done. Negative attitudes and poor work ethics will not be tolerated.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: From $120.00 per day
