**Job Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Canine Companion to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animals and providing exceptional care to our furry friends. **Responsibilities:** - Interact and engage with dogs in a compassionate and caring manner - Provide basic care such as feeding, grooming, and walking dogs - Monitor the behavior and health of dogs in your care - Assist with cleaning kennels and maintaining a clean environment - Handle dogs with various temperaments safely and effectively **Qualifications:** - Experience in veterinary settings or animal care is preferred - Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary - Knowledge of kennel operations and animal handling techniques - Previous experience in pet care, pet sitting, or dog handling is a plus - Strong customer service skills for interacting with pet owners - Proficiency in animal restraint and ensuring safety during interactions - Genuine love for animals and a compassionate approach to their well-being This position offers the opportunity to work closely with dogs, providing essential care and companionship.
