Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and receiving products.
- Train and develop staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service best practices.
- Operate cash registers and manage financial transactions with precision.
