Assistant Manager/Key Holder

Overview

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Assistant Manager/Key Holder to join our team at our beautiful, high volume beach store. This position involves assisting the Store Manager in overseeing staff, managing inventory, and driving sales. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and receiving products.
• Train and develop staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service best practices.
• Operate cash registers and manage financial transactions with precision.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers to foster a collaborative environment.
• Support promotional activities and merchandising strategies to enhance sales performance.
