This role requires on-site presence at job locations.
- Supervise HVAC installation projects to ensure timely, high-quality, and code-compliant work
- Coordinate labor resources to maximize efficiency and minimize jobsite downtime
- Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to installation teams to support skill development and retention
- Ensure all installation crews adhere to safety policies and procedures
- Manage daily jobsite logistics, including equipment, materials, and schedule adherence
- Conduct quality control inspections and ensure proper documentation and reporting
- Track project progress and labor performance, addressing inefficiencies proactively
- Communicate effectively with customers, builders, and internal teams to ensure installation satisfaction
- Resolve escalated install-related concerns, ensuring a commitment to 100% customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with warehouse and dispatch to align resources with project needs
- Drive installation excellence through consistent coaching and accountability
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum five (5) years of experience installing residential HVAC systems
- At least three (3) years in a supervisory role, managing HVAC install teams
- Strong working knowledge of HVAC equipment, installation techniques, and building codes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities
- Proficient in job tracking and reporting tools
- Safety-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
- A passion for building and leading high-performance install teams
