HVAC Install Manager - Sarasota

CoolToday is seeking an HVAC Install Manager to lead our installation team. This role is responsible for daily operations, employee training, performance management, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate has strong HVAC experience, leadership skills, and a proven ability to increase revenue through technician development.

• 3 years of experience managing an HVAC team of 5 technicians
