Responsibilities

• Plumbing Service Technician
• Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair plumbing systems, including water heaters, fixtures, and drains.
• Use conventional sewer machines for cleaning.
• Mentor and guide Plumbing Apprentices.
• Plumbing Projects Technician
• Responsibilities:
• Prep cast iron systems with Picote mini and maxi.
• Jet lines and maintain equipment.
• Perform lining and coating processes.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team.
• Drain Technician (No Experience Required)
• Responsibilities:
• Diagnose sewer and drain issues and provide estimates.
• Unclog and clean sewers and drains using proper equipment.
• Educate customers on sewer inspection and repair.
• Maintain and protect company equipment.
• Plumbing Maintenance Technician (No Experience Required)
• Responsibilities:
• Complete Plumbing Evaluation forms.
• Learn and apply plumbing knowledge.
• Perform leak location and repair if applicable.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
  

Qualifications

• Plumbing Service Technician
• Qualifications:
• Strong residential service experience.
• Proficient in water heater replacement, fixture replacement, and drain cleaning.
• Skilled in using conventional sewer machines.
• Plumbing Projects Technician
• Qualifications:
• Experience with cast iron systems and jetting.
• Ability to accurately quote replacements or repairs.
• Professional communication skills.
• Drain Technician
• Qualifications:
• Ability to diagnose and solve drain problems.
• Professional and knowledgeable attitude.
• Willingness to learn and work with a team.
• Plumbing Maintenance Technician
• Qualifications:
• Mechanical aptitude and good attitude.
• Basic plumbing knowledge preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and in various weather conditions.
