Qualifications

- High School Diploma or Equivalent required

Licenses and Credentials
- Current certification as a BLS Instructor required.
- Experience in teaching CPR, BLS, ACLS, or PALS courses, particularly in a healthcare setting 1-2 years preferred and
- Experience in a healthcare setting 0-1 year preferred
- In-depth knowledge of CPR techniques, life-saving practices, and emergency response procedures
- Strong instructional and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex medical concepts to diverse audiences
- Patient, calm, and able to handle high-pressure situations, providing clear instructions during training and emergency simulations
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage training schedules, certifications, and record-keeping accurately
- Ability to assess and evaluate participant performance, providing constructive feedback in a supportive and encouraging manner
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of CPR training and certification.
