We are seeking a Marine Service Technician to join our team! You will work alongside our team of skilled tradesmen to complete repairs and restorations to a variety of classic and modern vessels alike
Responsibilities:
- Remove and install marine hardware
- Assist in painting and gelcoat refinishing
- Assist in composite repairs and fabrication, utilizing modern boat building repairs and techniques
- Diagnosis, troubleshoot and perform mechanical and electrical systems repairs and installations
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Previous experience in marine industry, industrial services, repairs, and/ or construction
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment
- Ability to work in a small team setting
- Independent time management
- Ability to handle physical workload
