Job Description: To administer assessments and interpret results in written report; interpret evaluation results at IEP/MET team meetings to determine special education eligibility and appropriate services.

- Provide counseling services as needed.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities And/Or Competencies Required To Successfully Perform The Work:

Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification Required For Entry Into Position:
Knowledge of:
- Arizona State Statutes as it pertains special education.
- Evaluation procedures and eligibility determination.
- Tests and measures as used in identifying disabilities.
- Current trends in school psychology, research methods, testing and

- Masters degree or Ph.D. degree (preferred) in school psychology -
- Certified by the Arizona Department of Education as a School Psychologist, or Licensed by the Arizona Board of Psychological Examiners as a Psychologist - Required.
- Experience conducting psycho-educational evaluations and interpreting test results.
- Pass a background clearance and fingerprint check
- Maintain confidentiality regarding student, staff and District information
- A valid Arizona Driver’s License must be maintained
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/ First Aid required
