Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 3 years of skilled labor or trade experience.
- Preferred certification in electrical or plumbing.
- Valid Driver’s License.
Responsibilities:
- Perform carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and general maintenance tasks.
- Install and repair electrical outlets, circuits, switches, and lighting.
- Maintain plumbing systems, including fixtures, drainage, and sewage.
- Repair and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, and laundry equipment.
- Operate various tools, including saws, drills, pipe cutters, and welding torches.
- Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment.
- Assist with groundskeeping and custodial duties as needed.
- Maintain records of work hours and materials used.
- Provide training to other staff when required.
Additional Requirements:
- Must pass a comprehensive background check, including fingerprinting and screenings through TBI, FBI, DCS, and TN registries.
