JOB SUMMARY
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prioritize calls (incoming and backlog).
- Assign and dispatch technicians.
- Work with Branch Managers to address open calls.
- Respond to inquiries.
- Create and distribute required reporting.
- Maintain proactive communication with customers regarding missed and / or extensions of SLAs.
- Review all incomplete calls daily.
- Input and maintain entry to verify nightly “on call” crew.
- Work with Branch Managers to ensure preventative maintenance is completed on schedule.
- Verify Technician IVR compliance.
- Understand the geography of the market and understand the technicians.
JOB REQUIREMENTS Education / Training
- High school diploma, GED, or completion of trade program or technical school.
- College degree, a plus.
Work Experience / Skills
- Strong computer (MS Office) skills, as well as demonstrated ability to effectively utilize ERP system.
- HVAC / refrigeration expertise preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
- Highly organized and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sense of urgency attending to customer issues.
- "Can do" attitude and demonstrated commitment to get the job done.

This job operates in a clean, well-lit and climate-controlled professional office environment with minimal physical hazards and noise. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, etc.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, walk, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate office equipment. The employee is occasionally required to reach, stoop and kneel. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
