This position is responsible for overseeing the installation of products, equipment, or systems for clients, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. This role involves coordinating and managing the entire installation process, including logistics, scheduling, resource allocation, and communication between clients, vendors, and installation teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follow leads, complete bills, close sales and act as a job foreman on all residential projects.
- Conduct follow up of leads through means of telemarketing and person to person contact to identify customers needs.
- Organize and manage the logistics of equipment, materials, and resources needed for installation.
- Lead and supervise installation teams to ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards and safety protocols.
- Allocate tasks to team members based on their skills and experience.
- Provide training or guidance to installation staff as necessary.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the installation phase.
- Provide regular updates on project status, delays, and adjustments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
Work Experience / Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, with a focus on installations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of safety standards and installation processes.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong client-focused attitude, with the ability to manage client expectations effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales enablement platforms a plus.
- Ability to understand and follow all company policies and procedures and all applicable State and Federal laws. Ability to use typical business tools including E-Mail, Word, Excel, etc.

Work Environment
This job operates in a clean, well-lit and climate-controlled professional office environment with minimal physical hazards and noise. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, etc.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, walk, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate office equipment. The employee is occasionally required to reach, stoop and kneel. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
