The Water Filtration Technician will travel to customers’ sites and be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial water filtration systems.
Qualifications:
- Effectively addressing maintenance and repair needs on water filtration systems, including replacing valves, fittings, tubing, and filters.
- Utilizing troubleshooting skills to read and report pressure gauges, flow meters, and detect leaks in water filtration systems.
- Being available for occasional emergency service calls, which may occur during regular or off-business hours.
- Demonstrating professionalism with excellent time management skills, working independently and responsibly.
- Maintaining physical capabilities, including bending, squatting, and, if needed, climbing stairs or ladders as part of the job tasks.
- Establishing and fostering positive relationships with both customers and store management through effective communication and service delivery.
- Providing exceptional customer service to ensure a satisfying experience for clients.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Experience in water filtration or related field (no plumbing experience required)
- Valid driver’s license
