Responsibilities
What Will I Do?
- Maintain a culture focused on employee growth and development.
- Exceed HVAC department revenue goals.
- Maintain operational excellence through processes and accountability.
- Weekly one-on-one coaching with service technicians on KPI performance.
- Train your team on a weekly basis.
- Drive tech generated leads to sales and other departments.
- Monitor and control call backs and warranties.
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
Qualifications
Do I have What it Takes?
- High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
- An in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems.
- Excellent leadership skills and team mentality to enhance team productivity and standards of work produced.
- Ability to build business in the private sector, as well as the public sector.
- Experience and knowledge of HVAC and Process systems for residential and commercial dwellings
- Have an understanding of general HVAC design with have an overall general knowledge of HVAC material costs.
- Positive energy and enthusiasm to drive sales and company growth.
- Ability to prioritize, set goals, and manage multiple tasks, handle deadlines
