Job Summary :
A construction project manager oversees all aspects of a construction project, from initiation to completion, ensuring it is delivered on time, within budget, and according to the specified scope by meticulously planning, coordinating, and managing all activities, including collaborating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to achieve project goals.
Responsibilities :
Project Planning:
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budget breakdowns.
Scope Management:
Define and manage the project scope, identifying and addressing any potential changes or deviations.
Budget Management:
Track project expenditures, identify cost variances, and implement cost-saving measures.
Schedule Management:
Create and maintain a detailed project schedule, monitoring progress and adjusting as needed to meet deadlines.
Team Leadership:
Assemble and lead a project team, assigning tasks and responsibilities to subcontractors and construction crews.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues that may impact the project.
Communication:
Facilitate clear and consistent communication between all stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams.
Quality Control:
Ensure adherence to quality standards and building codes throughout the construction process.
Site Supervision:
