Full time; Cooper Fitness Center Dallas. Per request of clients; marketing needs (on-site and off-site); special company events (1-4 times per year).

The EMS Lead Fitness Trainer at Cooper Fitness Center is responsible for the development, marketing, and management of the Electric Muscle Stimulation (EMS) Program. To serve as a skilled and friendly Professional with the EMS Program, providing dynamic client experiences, exercise programming and coaching.
Requirements
The ideal EMS Lead Fitness Trainer candidate should possess:
• Provide safe, effective, engaging, and progressive program design.
• Attend monthly PT Department meetings.
• Attend meetings with Direct Supervisor as scheduled.
• Attend quarterly (or as scheduled) Fitness Department education workshops.
• Maintain technical skill level through professional organizations, certifications, seminars, industry relevant research, etc.
• Responsible for baseline measurements (anthropometric or movement based) and behavioral modification assessment and recommendations as desired by clientele.
• Provide marketing support (program initiatives and details) for the EMS program once per calendar year or as assigned by the Fitness Director.
• Assist with any marketing efforts (on- or off-campus).
• Manage all inventory and educational materials for EMS.
• Maintain a positive attitude and adhere to the Cooper purpose and core values.
• Adhere to all CAE Policies and CFC standard operating procedures.
• Attend work in a consistent and timely manner. Must be present on-site to perform the duties of this position.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
