Join Cooper Aerobics as a Retail Lead and Inventory Specialist at The Coop, where we offer Cooper apparel, activeware, boutique clothing and accessories, fitness and nutritional products.
In this role you will :
- Bring your work experience in the fashion, boutique and retail industry to build strong client relationships and brand loyalty.
- Partner with 2 additional retail leads to ensure adequate staffing and train staff on service and merchandising.
- Develop good relationships with vendor / designer counterparts.
- Check deliveries and report damages / short shipments.
- Evaluate and manage stock rotation procedures.
- Ensure all orders are promptly entered into necessary platforms such as JOOR, NuOrder, Shopify, FAVES; create purchase orders.
- Check-in and tag merchandise; ensure it is floor ready.
- Create a positive environment, anticipate customer needs and demonstrate excellent selling skills.
