In this role you will :
Bring your retail and / or customer service experience to build strong relationships and brand loyalty.Greet all members in a prompt, pleasant and helpful manner, and ensures they receive the highest levels of customer service.Maintain a working knowledge of all services offered within the Fitness Center as well as other services around campus.Keep store clean and organized.Receive new merchandise, hang and steam new arrivals.Assist Retail Manager with any tasks associated with improving the member experience or club goals.Count cash drawer once at beginning of shift and at end of shift & fills out open / close form.Our ideal candidate :
