Cooper Auto Group is seeking a highly qualified Automotive Retail professional to lead our Finance & Insurance (F&I) department at Jackie Cooper Infiniti in Tulsa, OK. This critical role encompasses the following essential responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive menu selling process to optimize the F&I department's profitability and product penetration.
- Actively participate in the F&I producing team on a rotational basis.
- Diligently manage and monitor portfolio relationships with lenders.
- Conduct thorough reviews and inspections of the department's paperwork flow to ensure absolute accuracy and timely processing of all transactions.
- Enforce strict compliance with company policies, local regulations, state laws, and federal guidelines for all deals.
- Provide strategic support to the sales department in achieving its objectives, and collaborate closely to enforce proper selling methodologies.
- Exemplify the highest standards of professional ethics, morals, and customer service excellence.
- Implement and oversee the finance department's work schedule to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated excellence as a top-performing Automotive Finance and Insurance Director, with a proven track record of success in a high-volume dealership environment.
- Superior communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, team members, and management at all levels.
- Impeccable professional demeanor and an unwavering commitment to maintaining the highest standards of work ethic.
- Comprehensive knowledge of current regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the automotive finance industry, including federal, state, and local regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced automotive retail environment, with exceptional multitasking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership qualities and the capacity to motivate and guide a team to achieve departmental goals.
- Proficiency in automotive dealership management software and financial analysis tools.
