Schedule:
Monday through Friday
Compensation: $18 to $20
Position Summary:
The Warehouse Reclamation Associate will process damages daily, repackaging product when possible, into saleable units.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of CBW Operations and flow.
- Ability to research products in CBW WMS and ERP databases.
- Ability to drive, or willingness to learn, powered industrial equipment, including, but not limited to, reach truck, scissor lift, and cherry picker.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to work productively and independently
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with all levels of management
- Proper sense of urgency with all levels of management and employees
- Ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least two years related experience preferred
- Distribution industry experience a plus.
