Job Summary
">- We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Distribution Center Stager to join our team.
- This individual will be responsible for ensuring accurate truck staging, reefer unit operation, and maintaining a safe working environment.
Responsibilities
">- Work with dispatchers and loaders to stage trucks correctly.
- Ensure all reefer units are at the correct temperature before loading.
- Follow established truck staging procedures to ensure efficiency.
- Record temperatures for cooler and freezer before and after loading.
- Communicate any issues with dispatchers.
- Maintain strong relationships with dispatchers and loaders to minimize schedule changes.
- Operate powered equipment such as walkie-rider pallet jacks and reach trucks.
- Clean work areas to maintain sanitation and health standards.
Requirements
">- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A valid driver's license and solid MVR are necessary.
- The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and holidays, is essential.
- Strong knowledge of CBW loading procedures and reefer unit usage is required.
- Able to work independently and productively in a team environment.
