Join our HR team at Cooper Aerobics as a temporary HR Intern!
Employment Status: Temporary, Non-Exempt, Part-Time, Flexible Hours
Location: On-Site at Cooper Aerobics / Cooper Clinic
You will have the opportunity to work in HR administration, maintaining employee records and inputting data into our HRIS. You will also partner with our HR Generalists to support the employee orientation and onboarding process for new hires.
During your time with Cooper Aerobics, you will develop experience in all aspects of Human Resources as you engage in and contribute to team projects in employee relations, training and development, culture and performance management.

- High School Diploma or GED
- Interest in a career in Human Resources
- A minimum of 1 year working in a professional business environment
- Attention to detail
- Time-management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Discretion and good judgement
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
