Job Summary :
Such actions this role will support may include leading the analytics and supporting the completion on the bonus payout and merit review processes, conducting base pay and variable pay / bonus analyses, evaluating and supporting various incentive programs, supporting the review, evolution and maintenance of the company benefits plans (including pension). The position requires skill in managing projects from design inception through project completion.
Responsibilities
- Conduct ongoing competitive market pricing for salaried, non-salaried and executive level jobs for all client groups.
- Support Rewards Managers and wider team members as needed on project-based analyses, benchmarking and delivery.
- Support multiple, global merit and bonus payout processes (on a variety of systems including spreadsheet).
- Partner with regional HR managers in the collection of employee data in preparation for external surveys and complete survey submissions.
- Provide detailed analysis on competitive position, trends and recommend program adjustments / updates to report on market competitiveness by global region and by job family.
- Maintain market-based pay ranges in MarketPay and develop merit costing models to make global pay structure adjustment recommendations. Drive midpoint analysis for annual structure updates to ensure market competitiveness.
- Support global Benefits renewals and benefit program improvements.
Travel :
Typically does not travel outside of home country, but occasional regional / international travel may be required (1x / year) outside of the home country.

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $86,374.00 and $ 115,165.00 per year and may include cost of living adjustments. The actual base pay includes many factors and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
