Job Summary :
This is a global, mid-level, hybrid position out of Victor, NY requiring on site attendance once a week.
The successful candidate is a highly organized, goal-oriented project manager who leads and supervises projects through completion. This includes the management of issues, risks and project change requests to ensure successful and on time project delivery. The Global IT Project Manager will outline the project goals and objectives, while acting as a liaison between project staff and upper management / executives.
The Global IT Project Manager has the authority to run the project on a day-to-day basis. They will verify that the project produces the required deliverables within the specified constraints of time and cost and to achieve the potential benefits defined in the business case.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership for project team(s) by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones.
- Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources and chairs the project management team meetings.
- Full project life cycle ownership : successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously.
- Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives.
- Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence.
- Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization.
- Set and continually manage project and program expectations while delegating and managing deliverables with team members and stakeholders.
- Applies change, risk and resource management.
- Manage project scope and changes.
- Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership.

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $44.51 and $59.35 per hour and may include cost of living adjustments. The actual base pay includes many factors and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
