As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, this role will support the Global Finance, Global Accounting and Global IT Functions. This role will report directly to the Human Resources Director and assist him / her with the development, implementation, and establishment of both Global and Regional HR practices / approaches and work closely with senior HR colleagues who represent critical core HR functions (Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Total Rewards, Learning and Development, Inclusion & Diversity) as well as other functions and geographies.
Responsibilities
Essential Functions & Accountabilities :
- Be the first point of contact for the Global Finance, Global Accounting and Global IT employees at the Victor, NY site with respect to HR activities
- Provide expert advice and support to managers and employees on the full range of employment related matters, consulting and working in conjunction with other HR partners and external consultants / advisors as necessary
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
- Maintain accountability for the successful implementation of HR related projects and programs related to Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards and Inclusion
- Develop, implement, and execute HR policies and practices that enable business growth and effectiveness.
- Drive employee engagement together with cultural change and integration related deliverables for the business units
- Help develop, understand, and effectively communicate organizational change initiatives. Actively support the roll out of continuous improvement efforts
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition to enable effective sourcing strategies that meet the needs of the client groups workforce plans
- Mitigate organizational risk by ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws
- Lead by example by demonstrating the company's values in all actions

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $78,761 and $105,014 per year and may include cost of living adjustments. The actual base pay includes many factors and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
