We are looking for an enthusiastic Dining Room Host to join our team at Chick-fil-A . This opportunity is designed to help create a “REMARK”able experience for each guest through Chick-fil-A’s Second Mile Service procedures. This role will provide the highest quality of guest service through all contact points in the most highly-esteemed restaurant chain in the nation.
Your Impact
Greet and serve guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and values teamwork
Ensure cleanliness by proactively sanitizing table tops, chairs, windows, and doors as needed
Assist guests in carrying items to their table such as food and beverages, high chairs, etc.
Restock supplies
Take out garbage and maintain a clean & organized dining room
Model and support clear communications between the front counter and dining room staff
Backup as a cashier as needed
Position Type
Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position, which includes, but is not limited to, standing for long periods and lifting up to 50lbs.
Must be available Monday through Saturday during lunch rush ( 11 : 00am - 2 : 00pm or 11 : 00am - 5 : 00pm) OR dinner rush (5 : 00pm - 8 : 00pm or 4 : 00pm - 8 : 00pm)
Background Profile
Must be 16 or older
Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace hustle is a must!
Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
Positive attitude, coachable
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
