What you will do:
- Answer incoming calls and emails
- Route, schedule and communicate with technicians using scheduling software.
- Create detailed estimates for emergency service and repair work.
- Follow-up on all estimates sent to customers to closure.
- Source and secure parts for routine maintenance, repairs, and emergency services.
- Review customer accounts for past due balances prior to scheduling work.
- Coordinate return of unused or defective parts.
What you will bring:
- Strong customer service skills and inter-personal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate information and present solutions to a customer.
- Ability to speak, read, and write proficiently in English.
- The ability to operate computers and relevant computer software.
- Ability to prioritize needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Requirements and Work Environment
- The ability to sit for much of the assigned shift while using phones, and computers.
- This job is preformed primarily in office environments.
Salary Range: This is a non-exempt (hourly) position with a pay range of $21/hr - $25/hr. Rate paid will be dependent upon applicable experience.
Location: Ocean, NJ
Work Hours: Monday – Friday, Rotating On-Call hours
