Description
Lead Installation Technicians perform residential retrofit replacement projects. They are
responsible for the safety, efficiency and delivery of quality installations performed to our
standard operating procedures. Ongoing training and technical development is provided and
required. Customer service skills are critical to this role as you are the face of our company.
Lead Installation Technicians report to the Project Supervisor.
Job Duties:
• Perform Installations to Cooper Standards
• Assist Project Supervisor with Project Reviews
• Develop Talent within Crew
• Maintain KPI’s - Labor Margins, Safety, Revenue, Recalls
Qualifications
• 18 years of age
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a drug and background screening
• High School Diploma or GED
• Trade school graduates preferred
• EPA certification
