We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Ski Instructors to join our team for the upcoming season.
Job Summary
This is a seasonal position that requires skiing/snowboarding at an intermediate level, with excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively teach others.
Responsibilities
- Teach group and private lessons of varying ability levels
- Instruct students of all ages, skill levels, and backgrounds
- Maintain a safe and responsible work environment
- Exceed guest expectations through exceptional service
- Participate in training sessions to improve teaching skills and knowledge
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 16 years old, with reliable transportation
- PSIA/AASI certification preferred
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and variable schedules
- Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and willingness to be part of a team

Working Conditions
The instructor position is based primarily outside, exposed to temperature extremes, sun, wind, and inclement weather.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to walk on uneven terrain, climb stairs, stand/sit for long periods, bend, stoop, reach, push/pull, lift heavy objects
Compensation
The estimated salary for this position is $15-$20 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
