Cooper&Hunter (Comfortside LLC) is seeking motivated in-house Sales Representatives and/or Independent Sales Representatives to join their growing team in the Miami area.

What the National Sales Representative position includes:
- Market research: researching HVAC Wholesale Market across US for leads generation and initial screening
- Sales leads generation and established accounts management: driving sales growth by reaching out to prospects/customers proactively (phone, email, in person), developing relationships, and converting prospects into customers
- Training and Enablement: Providing training and support to channel partners to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and resources to effectively sell the company's offerings.
- Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners to foster cooperation and collaboration in achieving sales goals.
- Tracking prospects/customer conversations, schedules, and tasks in a sharable format
- Sales Support: Providing support to channel partners in terms of marketing materials, product information, and sales collateral.
- Keeping up-to-speed with the latest technology in the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning field.

Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree (or higher)
- 3 or more years of Wholesale/B2B Sales Experience (Strongly preferred)
- Previous experience in HVAC (preferred, but not required)
- Great communicator: comfortably (or easily) communicating over the phone, in person, and via email (Fluency in English is mandatory).
- Good presentation skills and ability to train others.
- Bilingual, English & Spanish
- Authorization to work within the U.S.
- Willingness to travel if necessary.
Knowledge of the HVAC industry or related industries like Plumbing, Electrical, or Industrial will be advantageous.
Working location and schedule:
Work from the office in Doral Mon-Fri (09.00 am – 05.00 pm with 30 min lunch or from 08.30 – 05.00 pm with 60 min lunch)
This person will report directly to the Sales Director.
Compensation: from $75,000 a year sales commission
Salary : $75,000 - $140,000
