This position demands proactive collaboration with both customers and internal teams to meet and exceed annual sales objectives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities : The Account Manager primary focus will be on the Cooper portfolio products and services and will be responsible for the following : Sales Focus : Drive the sales of Reciprocating products, services, and parts, with an emphasis on reciprocating engines and compressors. Customer Engagement : Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers to understand their business needs and objectives. Solution Communication : Present and promote Cooper's innovations and technology solutions to address customer operational challenges. Strategy Development : Formulate and execute a sales strategy for targeted clients to drive growth and achieve sales targets. Collaboration : Partner with technical sales support to ensure successful sales execution and customer satisfaction. CRM Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Microsoft Dynamics on a daily basis. Travel : Commit to approximately 50% travel within the assigned area to engage with customers and support sales efforts.
