Duties

  • Supervise daily kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Oversee food preparation and presentation to maintain high culinary standards.
  • Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff in food preparation techniques and hospitality best practices.
  • Coordinate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary needs and preferences.
  • Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and trends.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to sanitation protocols.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including bartending, to ensure seamless service.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

  • 8 hour shift
  • Evening shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Overtime pay
