Cooper Square Acquisitions is a fast growing Cherry Hill, NJ based real estate investment firm focussed on creating long term value for our tenants, the community and our team members. Founded in 2016 with 1 single family home, we now own and manage 185 residential units valued in excess of $25 Million throughout Camden County. We are poised for growth and are actively looking to bring on exceptional team members across our property management, construction management, maintenance, and acquisitions departments. Summary:
You will be in charge of ensuring tenant satisfaction as the first touchpoint within our company. Current and prospective tenants will call, email, and text to setup work orders or showings and you will assist them in doing so. Every day will be new as there are always new leasing or maintenance challenges to tackle and get in front of. You will have support from our property manager, construction project manager and President who will help you on larger tasks and answer any questions you may have. Spanish is the first language for many of our current tenants and prospective tenants so being bilingual is a requirement.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work order management: Taking & returning with in 30 minutes tenant phone calls about maintenance issues, dispatching maintenance technicians or vendors and following up until work order is closed out
- Inbound Leasing Inquiries: Answer leasing inquiries and confirm showings for our available vacancies. Build customer relationships with prospective residents and ensure they are able to view the property of their choosing with our property manager.
- Office Administration: Ensuring the office runs smoothly. Greeting occasional visitors, opening incoming mail and ad hoc administrative tasks.
- Cross Functional Administrative Duties: Assisting our project manager, property manager, acquisitions associate and president with occasional paperwork and administrative duties

Requirements:
- Good organizational skills
- Demonstrated history of success in dynamic work environments
- College degree preferred but not required
- Real Estate experience encouraged but not required
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a requirement
Compensation: $40,000 per year
