Students will participate in our rotational program which includes exposure to rubber and plastic sealing, fuel / brake lines, fluid transfer hoses and “hands-on” experience in labs and other facilities.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Undertakes and successfully completes simple or basic project/product development tasks to include any of the following: writing and verifying specifications, maintaining product/process documentation, testing processes, equipment, raw materials and product development, and/or validation of equipment and processes
- May assist in the innovation and creations of concepts for new products, processes, and test methods
- Preparation of standard reports/documentation to communicate results to a technical community
- Identifies areas for improvement, suggests solutions, and submits ideas
- Works closely with technical, business, engineering, and manufacturing personnel
- Must be willing to work overtime as needed and directed by manager
- May, on occasion, be required to perform duties other that those specified in this description
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering with an overall grade point average of 2.8 or better
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong written, verbal, analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Must be detail orientated and possess excellent follow-up skills
- Works well in a team environment
- Ability to gather and analyze data to identify and solve problems
- Must display maturity and a high level of professionalism
- Professional Office Environment
- Must wear proper personal protection equipment while on manufacturing floor
- Travel to manufacturing facilities or customer locations when required
- Equipment used requires proper training on the potential for and avoidance of injury
